Before becoming a consultant, Lara worked for 12 years in various industries including, IT, Telecommunications, Recruitment, Conferencing and Events, Travel and Health and Fitness, mostly in service delivery and performance related roles. With a passion for sport and the outdoors, Lara is a keen triathlete, runner and cyclist and has competed successfully for a number of years & finally achieving her first Ironman in 2016. She translates her drive and focus from sport into effective learning and development initiatives with a key focus on performance & outcomes.

Lara is the co-founder of Momentum4 – the first UK Preferred Partner with Six Seconds, ‘The Emotional Intelligence Network’, where Momentum4 now embed their tools and methodologies to help support them delivering transformational change. She continues to work with a variety of companies, at all levels of business.

Working primarily at Partner/Director level, he challenges current values, beliefs and behaviours to establish what is realistic and truly effective. His diverse client list includes large professional services firms, IT companies, national sports teams and individual athletes. He is a former international athlete himself and competed for Great Britain at the World Championships as a triathlete.

Informal yet outcome-focused, Chris aims to move individuals and companies towards achievable goals. Clients discover an optimal level of performance that’s both sustainable and doesn’t neglect the core assets of energy and health.

As well as presenting lectures, guest speaking and coaching at all levels of business in the UK, Europe and the US, Chris maintains a steady client base for Momentum4’s L&D workshops. His areas of business expertise include:

With Momentum4 as Chris’s main business focus, his life outside work involves a very active family life, where his two daughters and wife keep him on his toes! His sporting direction is now focused on achieving a high level of general fitness for skiing, mountain biking and other outdoor activities, plus maintaining a single figure golf handicap.
